Ez Designs is a family-run print shop in Austin, Texas. We collect only what is needed to make your order and get it to you: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and order details like artwork and sizes. Online payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your card number.
We use your information to complete your order and keep you updated on it, things like confirmations, proofs, shipping and pickup notices. We do not send promotional messages unless you ask to hear from us, and you can opt out at any time.
If you give us your phone number, we may text you order updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance; if you opt out we will reach you by email or phone instead. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
We never sell your personal information, and we share it only with the services needed to fulfill your order: Square for payments, carriers like FedEx and USPS for shipping, and our website hosting providers.
We keep order records and artwork files so we can reprint past orders and provide support. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
As Ez Designs grows, this policy may be updated to cover new services and features. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
